This service compiles public legal notices and public state UCC data into informational wind-down asset maps. It is decision-support and data licensing, not legal, financial, or investment advice, and not a consumer report under the FCRA.
Notice parsing is multi-hop and may mis-identify the assignor entity, mis-match a name, or surface a stale/terminated lien. Every map line is hand-verifiable and must be verified against the original notice and the relevant state records before bidding, buying, or acting. Absence of a UCC lien is not proof of clear title.
We do not broker the asset sale, do not take a transaction-contingent fee, and do not resell personal contact data. We sell the signal and the map. Coverage is limited to notice-publishing states and the free-state UCC join (currently Colorado); other states require per-state source seeding.
